After successful completion and operations of Executive Suites, there was an overwhelming demand of apartments in the area. To cater for the same, Executive Heights having covered area of 348,000 SQ FT was developed right next to Executive suites. This complex has four blocks having a total of 178 residential suites including 2, 3, 4 bed apartments and penthouses. It’s a 10 story structure with 3 basements and 7 floors on top of that which are serviced by 6 high speed elevators. The complex also offers swimming pool, gym, squash court, community hall, tuck shop and laundry on the lower ground floor. The project has been successfully completed and in operation / under occupation since 2015.

After successful completion of Elysium in F-8 blue area, the group has planned Elysium Corporate Tower which is high rise building having 5 stories mall and 24 stories of corporate offices. Like Elysium Islamabad and Elysium Downtown Lahore, Ali Naqvi is the architect of Elysium Corporate Tower, and he has developed magnificent architecture and façade for the project which is obvious through elevation image. The plot size is 2666.67 syds and total built up area will be 310,000 SQ FT. The project is in planning phase and construction is expected to start in the mid of next year

Architecture drawings are already concluded and planning is being currently in progress for construction. The group will launch the project by March 2023.

Palm Suites is another landmark project of our group. The project is in planning phase. Architect Khalid Rehman is coming up with one of the best architecture in Lahore. The project has 3 basements for covered parking and 12 floors above for 2, 3 bed apartments and penthouses. Palm Suites in being developed on a corner plot in Shah Jamal very close to Canal. The complex will have all state government f the art facilities including grand reception, 24 hour power backup, high speed elevators, club having Gym, steam, sauna, Gym, kids play area and senior citizens club. The project will inshallah start within 4 months.
